This Erasmus project, also named Social Enterprise for Better Life, aims to help young people open their minds to new business methods, enhance their management skills, and foster a spirit of initiative. To achieve these objectives, the Erasmus project uses participative methodologies that, through active involvement, stimulate learning by encouraging positive attitudes and changing approaches to the subject matter of the partnership.
Participants engage in activities that promote young people's commitment to more inclusive growth. These activities include workshops, role-plays, multicultural meetings, business games, case studies, and visits to social enterprises and private and public companies where disabled people work in Palermo, serving as examples of social inclusion and inclusive growth.
